Suzanne Moore
Director of Drilling, Antero Resources
​
Suzanne Moore is a seasoned energy professional with over 25 years of experience in drilling, well engineering, and operations management across North America, Europe, and global offshore projects. She is currently Director of Drilling at Antero Resources, where she leads engineering, business planning, and performance improvement initiatives.
​
Her career includes senior leadership roles at Shell, where she managed deepwater and decommissioning projects in the U.S., U.K., Arctic, and Egypt, and at BP and Continental Resources, where she specialized in deepwater Gulf of Mexico and unconventional plays like the Bakken and Three Forks. She began her career as a Petroleum Engineer with the Minerals Management Service and later gained reservoir engineering experience at Energen.

Suzanne holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alabama and currently resides in the Denver metro area.
Kristin Dubois
Director of Sales, NexTier Completions Solutions

With over a decade of experience in oilfield services and energy technology, Kristin Dubois is currently the Director of Sales – North at NexTier Completion Solutions, having built a career spanning sales leadership, business development, and technical expertise across the Northeast U.S. energy sector.
Prior to joining NexTier, Kristin held key roles at Universal Pressure Pumping, Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, and Halliburton, where she advanced from technical engineering positions to global product management. Her background combines deep technical knowledge with a proven record of driving growth and delivering customer-focused solutions in the completions and well construction markets.

Kristin holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
