John Crain, CFA, is a seasoned finance executive serving as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Diversified Energy Company, where he leads corporate finance, cash management, and hedging operations. He brings deep industry experience from prior roles in investor relations and finance at energy firms including Southwestern Energy and Rosehill Resources.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arkansas and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Drilling Engineer, Arsenal Resources
Nick Lapinski is a Drilling Engineer with Arsenal Resources in the Appalachian Basin, where he supports the planning and execution of drilling operations for high-performance Marcellus Shale wells. Since joining Arsenal in 2025, he has worked on extended-reach wells while contributing to drilling program development, cost optimization, and daily drilling operations.
He holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from West Virginia University.
